Subscriptions
Subscriptions begin after successful Stripe Checkout and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
Cancellation
You can cancel the next renewal from Billing settings. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already processed.
Refund requests
If you believe a charge is incorrect or the service was unavailable, contact support with the email address used for Google sign-in. Eligible requests are reviewed individually.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
